We Cater!
Our chef has years of experience catering events throughout the Fredericton area. He has a passion for food and loves what he does. We take pride in our service and work hard to ensure you have an enjoyable experience. Our menu is very flexible and we do our best to tailor it to fit your needs.
Indoor Events
Sit back and relax while we take care of setting up, serving your guests/employees a delicious meal, and the clean up.
Outdoor Events
We have a mobile BBQ cart that can be setup where ever needed. We can setup outside your business to provide a catered lunch or dinner, your backyard for a private party, at your outdoor wedding, etc.
Festivals

Our Food
We specialize in BBQ with options such as slow smoked brisket, ribs, skewers, sausages, burgers, all beef hotdogs, stuffed chicken breast, steak, and more.
We can cater to special dietary needs such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, etc.
Our goal is to provide great food with a very flexible menu to fit your needs. In fact, if you don’t see a menu item you want, just let us know and we will do our best to offer it.
